Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. Her Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card a year after. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel completed her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she finished third. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Warming up is usually done before the workout. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
